Arunkumar NT has served as a global leader in technology, operations, outsourcing & offshoring, and built innovative IT/BPO/Shared Services supply-chains over the last 30 years. At Telstra, he designed and created the "Innovation & Capability Center (ICC)" in India as a strategic transformation asset for Telstra, building a holistic business unit and differentiated leadership team. Working at UBS India, Arunkumar NT was leading the global delivery management for all third party sites across businesses, integrating strategic vendor relationships and workforce management.

He is now focused on creating customer journeys enabled by digital technologies, AI/ML and automation, and innovating for new growth models. He is currently working as an independent director and strategic advisor for multiple startups and educational institutions.
